Resetting your password
To reset your password, click here to go to Self Service - Password Reset.
On the page that loads, enter your Lifemark email and complete the CAPTCHA before hitting Next.
On the next page, since we need to reset the password, we will keep I forgot my password selected, and hit Next.
Now, Microsoft will confirm you are who you say by using MFA to validate you: In this case, it will prefer a phone number. Select if you want it to text or call, fill out the phone number you use for MFA, and click Text (Or call)
It will text you a code: Enter it, and click Next.
Enter your new password, and finish.
Unlocking your account
To unlock your account, click here to go to Self Service - Password Reset.
On the page that loads, enter your Lifemark email and complete the CAPTCHA before hitting Next.
On the next page, we'll now select "I know my password, but still can't sign in", then click Next.
Now, Microsoft will confirm you are who you say by using MFA to validate you: In this case, it will prefer a phone number. Select if you want it to text or call, fill out the phone number you use for MFA, and click Text (Or call)
It will text you a code: Enter it, and click Next.
Your account is now unlocked.
Changing your password
To change your password, go here to go to Office 365 Security.
If you are already logged in, you will go straight to the change password page: Otherwise, it will follow the standard login process.
After you get to the change password dialog, simply enter your new password twice and hit Submit.
After that, it will display if you were able to change your password successfully.
Note if your password doesn't meet password requirements, it may fail.
