How to use your Voicemail message extension (when at the clinic):
- Dial your voicemail extension number, on any phone
- When the message begins to play, enter *, you will then be prompted to enter your voicemail PIN, followed by the pound sign.
- Prompts will play; to listen to your messages (press 1), for account administration (press 2), to create a new voice message (press 4).
- Press 1: to listen to your new messages, saved messages, and/or delete any messages – this will be the place to complete these actions
- Press 2: to record your greeting (press 2) - this will be the place to update your voicemail message that clients will hear (press 3), to listen to your current message (press2), and follow the prompts to save your recorded message.
- Press 4: If you use this, it will leave a message on the extension (it’s a direct dial to leave a message rather than waiting for the phones to send you to voicemail), in most cases, this can be largely disregarded.
If you require your original voicemail message to play on the system – you can follow the same steps above to re-record your original message, OR you can reach out to helpdesk@lifemark.ca and have one of our Telecom Analysts re-upload the original recording on your voicemail message extension.
